THE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ON ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT

Relevance. In the modern conditions of rapid digitalization and globalization, the business environment is undergoing significant transformations that threaten traditional management models. Outdated approaches based primarily on intuition, experience, and limited data analysis no longer meet the challenges of a fast-changing market, increasing data volumes, and high demands for flexibility and quick decision-making. The integration of innovative technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), becomes especially relevant, as it promotes automation of routine processes, improves the quality of managerial decisions, enables accurate forecasting, and optimizes business processes. At the same time, research in this field encompasses technical, organizational, social, and ethical aspects of AI application, which requires a systematic approach to its implementation.
Purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence on management processes and to develop scientifically grounded models and recommendations for integrating AI into business strategies. Particular attention is given to developing systematic approaches for evaluating AI effectiveness, studying its influence on organizational culture and human resources, and establishing regulatory and legal frameworks for governing such technologies.
Methods. The research employs comprehensive methods, including analysis of scientific literature and the experience of leading scientists and practitioners, empirical studies using case studies and surveys, as well as modeling and simulation research. An essential aspect is a systemic approach that allows the integration of different levels of analysis — technical, organizational, and ethical.
Results. The study revealed that effective integration of AI into management requires the development of methodologies for assessing its effectiveness and considering its impact on human resources and corporate culture. It was found that AI application significantly increases productivity, improves service quality, and enhances the competitive advantages of enterprises. At the same time, the research highlights the importance of considering ethical aspects, transparency of algorithms, and data protection.
Practical value of the study. The results of this research hold significant value for practitioners — business leaders, managers, and innovation specialists. Based on the developed models and recommendations, strategies for implementing AI can be formulated to improve management efficiency and the competitiveness of enterprises. Furthermore, the approaches developed will help account for ethical and legal aspects of applying intelligent systems.
Conclusions. The research confirms that the penetration of AI into enterprise management is an integral part of modern digital transformation. To achieve maximum effect, it is necessary to develop a systematic approach for its integration, considering technical, organizational, ethical, and legal aspects. Creating and implementing appropriate models and methodologies will substantially improve productivity and competitiveness in the high-tech world.
