INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ON THE BASIS OF INVESTMENT MARKETING

The purpose of the article is to systematize innovative tools for mobilizing financial resources as elements of investment marketing in agricultural enterprises and to substantiate ways of ensuring their availability in Ukraine.
The scientific novelty. In modern economic conditions, the need for large-scale production in agriculture is growing, but the realization of this need involves attracting significant investments. Traditional sources of financing of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine are term loans, financial cards of farmers, overdrafts, credit lines, loans secured by fixed assets. Although these sources of financing are traditional, they are available mainly to medium and large businesses in the agricultural sector. It is worth noting that the overwhelming unavailability of these sources for small business entities, which form the basis of the agricultural sector, is a restraining factor in the process of managing the development of their financial activities. Thus, there is a need to find innovative tools that will be available to small businesses in the agricultural sector, and a way to ensure their availability. The article systematizes domestic and foreign scientific literature, as a result of which innovative tools for mobilizing financial resources for agricultural enterprises of Ukraine are highlighted. An analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of these tools for agricultural enterprises was carried out. An expert survey of agricultural enterprises of the Odesa region was conducted, which showed that joining the agrarian value-added chain will allow expanding the list of sources of their financing both through innovative and traditional tools for mobilizing financial resources. The main shortcomings in the functioning of value added chains in the agricultural sector of Ukraine were revealed.
Conclusions. It is substantiated that in order to ensure the availability of innovative sources of mobilization of financial resources, it is expedient to cooperate with enterprises in chains of added value in the agricultural sector.
