STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF AN AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze the theoretical foundations for the development of practical recommendations for the strategic management of business processes of an agrarian enterprise under the conditions use and implementation's a new innovative technology in its activities.

The scientific novelty is to provide a scientific basis for the organizational methods of strategic management of business processes in an agricultural enterprise, which involve the development of a strategy for effective comprehensive research and management of the business process system at the investigated agricultural enterprise during the development of an investment project for the cultivation of new types of products based on the use of innovative technologies and management tools with the adaptation of such a strategy to the activity of the enterprise under study.

A meaningful justification of the definition of "business process" is provided, its content from the point of view of process management, which has value for consumers and society, especially in agricultural enterprises, is revealed. The main components and approaches to the organization of management of business processes of an agrarian enterprise are highlighted. The main concepts and methods of improvement and improvement of business processes in agrarian enterprises are considered.

It is proved that the strategic management of business processes of agricultural enterprises has certain strategic advantages that ensure them to achieve a high level of competitiveness in the market. And the main link in the strategic management of the business processes of an agrarian enterprise is the development of its development strategy, which is based on a strategic analysis of the starting conditions, as well as an assessment of the possibilities of realizing the long-term goals of the enterprise and directions of its development.

Despite the differential, the obtained results gained practical significance from the development of applied recommendations for determining ways to improve the strategic management of the business process system at an agricultural enterprise, the implementation of which can increase the economic effect of managing such a system in the complex conditions of the development of the agrarian market.
