The purpose of the article is to study the negative and positive aspects of globalization that affect the functioning of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. Determining key priorities for strategic management of the development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine in the context of globalization.
The scientific novelty consists in determining key priorities for the strategic management of the development of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine in the context of globalization and forming a model of sustainable development of the agricultural sector of Ukraine in the context of globalization.
Conclusions. Globalization creates significant challenges for the Ukrainian agrarian sector, in particular, dependence on international markets, the need to comply with international standards and adaptation to climate change. At the same time, globalization opens up new opportunities, such as expanding export potential, technological modernization and development of logistics infrastructure.
The current conditions for the functioning of the agrarian sector depend on global processes and determine the following priorities for strategic management of the development of agrarian enterprises in Ukraine: ensuring food security, integration into global supply chains, environmental sustainability and adaptation to climate change, ensuring competitiveness.
Sustainable development involves the introduction of environmentally friendly technologies, organic farming, rational use of natural resources and adaptation to climate change. This approach ensures the long-term viability of the agricultural sector. Active state participation is important for the successful implementation of innovations, diversification and ensuring sustainable development. This includes the development of support programs, investment incentives, infrastructure development and simplification of regulatory procedures.
Cooperation with international organizations and integration into global supply chains help to gain access to new markets, technical support and investments. The success of the Ukrainian agricultural sector in the context of globalization depends on a combination of innovation, diversification, environmental sustainability, effective resource management and state support.
