CHALLENGES AND PROSPECTS FOR THE FORMATION OF ENTERPRISE PROFITABILITY IN UKRAINE UNDER CONDITIONS OF INSTABILITY

Abstract

The purpose of the article is the development of scientific and applied recommendations for increasing the profitability of Ukrainian enterprises in conditions of economic instability, focusing on the principles of the circular economy.

The scientific novelty. The article examines the factors and modern challenges that significantly hinder the development and growth of profitability of Ukrainian enterprises. Key determinants are highlighted. Successful cases of overcoming modern challenges of LLC "Delta Wilmar Ukraine" are considered. It is noted that in the direction of sustainable development of the Ukrainian economy, the course should be directed towards ecological production. Key tools for increasing the profitability of enterprises in conditions of uncertainty are highlighted. The principles of building an organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the profitability of the enterprise are established: management efficiency, reducing the number of intermediate stages, flexibility in decision-making, compactness of the organizational structure, transparency and openness of processes, harmonious combination of state regulation with self-regulation of the enterprise, as well as compliance with the conditions of the current socio-economic situation in the country.

Conclusions. In the context of economic instability and external threats, Ukrainian enterprises must implement new approaches to managing their financial efficiency. In particular, the key factors for increasing profitability are innovative solutions, effective cost management, and adaptation to changing market conditions. Special emphasis is placed on the need to diversify sources of income and modernize technological processes, which will help increase the competitiveness of enterprises. Given their practical significance, these measures will not only maintain a stable level of profitability, but also create new opportunities for development in an unstable economy. Integration of new technologies, search for new markets, and optimization of business processes can become key strategies for overcoming modern challenges.
